The Mercedes-Benz C class is just a superb series of cars by Mercedes-Benz division of Daimler AG. This slightly smaller in size from the original Benz but the passage of luxury continues. Now Daimler AG has to decide if they want to shift some of the C class passenger car’s production to the U.S. factory in Vance, Ala. It has been expected that the decision will come to the world by the January.

In a briefing with journalists the CEO Daimler division Mr. Dieter Zetsche said that: “It is no secret that a decision for a new C-class has to be made in the near future”. So this shows that the chances of this production’s shift are very much obvious. According to the CEO the decision would be based on the currency rate and whether the dollar will rise against euro or not.

The production shift to Vance is also not so easy because it requires huge investment for the new factory and for the tooling and other things. So this decision will be very carefully made by the owners as the company can go for a huge lost in case of any failure.
