It has been reported today that GM has today completed its sale for the Saab brand which it had started some months ago to the Spyker, as you might know that Saab is Swedish brand which was quiet controversial for the company and finally this news came that sale has been given to Spyker and today
GM proudly announces that the sale has ended. The transaction that took place between both these companies combines Saab automobile and its 3,400 with Spyker’s cars and its 110-plus workers. This deal was thus quite beneficial for both of the companies
General Motors which we have seen that is working really hard to bring the company back to its position in the international markets and this is a reason they are bringing some hottest and latest technologies into their automobiles. It has been reported that the OnStar telematics unit of
GM has developed a downloadable application for
Chevrolet Volt and it will let the driver to use a Blackberry Storm, Apple iPhone or Motorola Droid to remotely control and thus monitor some vehicle functions like charging.

General motors’ has announced this Monday that they will spend $336 million on the up gradation of the Hamtramck plants and the main focused production line will be the
Chevrolet Volt hybrid car. This plant will start building this car in the next spring and it has been expected that 8,000 volts will be build during the car’s first year of launch and GM is expecting to see the sale increasing up to 60,000 in the future years.

As announced earlier this week that GM is going to change all the management setup and will build up a total new one. The main reason behind all these decisions is that
GM has faced very bad times in its sale this year and now they have changed the management so that the new management comes with some new and better ideas that will lead GM to its previous position in the international market.
