The Silverado is the Chevrolets first premium pickup truck that is known for its matchless capabilities in the industry. The Silverado High Country features a powerful V8 engine including a standard EcoTec3 5.3L V8 offered to 2WD models producing 355 HP and 38 lb ft of torque and a new EcoTec3 6.2L V8 generating 420 HP and 460 lb ft of torque.
The interior and exterior of the Silverado are upgraded for the 2014 that now features 20 inch chrome wheels, a chrome grille with horizontal chrome bars, halogen projector headlamps, body color front and rear bumpers, chrome door handles, mirrors and body side moldings. Inside the Silverado you will get saddled brown theme, Chevrolet MyLink Connectivity with an 8 inch touchscreen, heated/cooled perforated premium leather front bucket seats with High Country Logo on headrests, front and rear park assist and Bose premium audio system.
Silverado Marketing director, Maria Rohrer said, “There’s a Western flair to the High Country’s cabin that reflects the truck’s polished yet rugged stature. It’s a passenger environment that’s equally adept when working a ranch during the day and stepping out for the evening.” The 2014 Silverado High Country is expected to go on sale this fall with an MSRP of $45,100 (including destination charges).
