Chrysler has been talking about the development of the new Fiat based compact vehicles from the past many months and the features and specifications as shown by the company are making people restless about the release of such models. In a conference call on Monday CEO Sergio Marchionne said that Chrysler group could bring several Fiat based compact vehicles even sooner than expected. The statement that was provided by Marchionne states that “We’ve run extensive clinics on the first vehicles. We’re 98 percent there on styling,” he said. “My expectation today is we’ll be able to get this car into the market Q4 2011. We continue to work pretty aggressively on timing”.
The Chrysler market has been seen to lacking a compact sedan but the new development will surely fill this space with some more and perfect goodness. Chrysler also lacks in the series of mid-sized sedans and the company’s CEO also said that they are focusing in this issue and the future for this one is also good. While talking about the company’s plans he also said that “We have carried out significant surgery on the architecture of those cars and made significant improvements of the interiors”. The company is endlessly working on the development of new models and thus we can have this assurance than the company will bring new members to its lineup as soon as possible.
